It will come as no surprise to you that we love our local bookshops. There’s nothing better than browsing the shelves, chatting with booksellers, and discovering a new book to take home with us. 

The Bookshop on Lemon Tree Lane is a story about a bookshop that offers all of this and more! But change is on the horizon and when the bookshop closes for renovations, who knows what will happen next? 

We hope you love this story about change, old loves, new discoveries, and the power of stories to keep us company no matter what is around the corner. 

The author Mike Lucas, has a bookshop in Adelaide with his wife Becky … and they really do have a bookshop dog called Holly, just like in the book. If you’re an Adelaide local, make sure to drop into Shakespeare’s in Blackwood to say hello!
